Military aircraft, ships, marines and large-scale exercises are once again raising concerns about the risk of a military scenario.
For now, this does not mean that a decision to attack has been made. But history shows all too clearly how quickly military preparations can turn into a real war.
The Cuban people have the same right to live without bombs, invasions and external diktats as any other people in the world.
